Frequently asked
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Voyage → Settings → Account → Delete account. The flow removes your trips, your participation in shared trips, your comments, and your sign-in record. It's irreversible — see the privacy policy for the full list.
- How do I cancel?
- Voyage is free. "Cancelling" is the same as deleting your account — the in-app flow above handles it.
- I lost access to my Google account.
- Email us from a different address and we'll help verify your identity and either restore access or manually delete the account.
- The app is crashing or my trips aren't syncing.
- Try Settings → Sync & Intelligence to confirm the connection status, then quit and relaunch. If it persists, email us with the iOS version, app version (shown at the bottom of Settings), and a description of what you were doing.
- How do I invite someone to a trip?
- Open a trip → Travel companions → Share invite link. Send the link by any messaging app. Recipients sign in with Google to join.
- Can I export my trips?
- Not yet, but you can request a copy of your data by email. We'll send it as JSON. (We're working on a built-in export.)
